Shipping policy

On-hand Orders: please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order items: Please allow 15-30 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Note that it will indicate on the product if it is a pre-order item.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damages packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
